Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and prioritise features based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility within a lean 3-person team.
- Design and prototype user interfaces, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform product decisions and design iterations.
- Manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables while maintaining clear communication across the team and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate directly with developers on implementation, providing design assets, style guides, and real-time feedback.
- Monitor product metrics and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Balance multiple responsibilities effectively, switching between strategic planning, hands-on design, and day-to-day project coordination.
Technical Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management, project management, or UX/UI design, preferably in small team environments.
- Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) and ability to create production-ready designs.
- Understanding of frontend development concepts, HTML/CSS, and ability to communicate effectively with technical team members.
- Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and project management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar).
- Knowledge of user research methods, A/B testing, and data analytics tools.
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.
- Basic understanding of GraphQL, REST APIs, and modern web application architecture.
- Strong autonomy in managing competing priorities and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
