Accacia is an India-based climate technology startup that provides an AI-powered enterprise resource planning (ERP) SaaS platform for real estate and infrastructure owners, asset managers and developers to measure, monitor and decarbonize property portfolios. The platform automates real-time data capture by integrating with property management, energy management and procurement systems, benchmarks emissions and transitional risks, and uses an AI recommendation engine to propose asset- and portfolio-level decarbonization strategies and operational improvements.
