Agriculture Moteur de Développement SARL (AGRIMOD SARL)

AGRIMOD SARL is a youth-led AgriTech social enterprise in Bukavu, DR Congo, transforming the entire agricultural value chain—from production to market. Focused heavily on maize, AGRIMOD SARL combines digital innovation, hands-on extension, climate-smart farming, post-harvest handling, and direct commercial linkages. Through its MAVUNO Digital platform and Agrimod Academy, it equips smallholders, women, and youth with AI crop advisory, input access, training, and structured markets. AGRIMOD SARL leads two flagship initiatives: Empowering Sustainable Maize Production and Market Integration in South-Kivu, funded by German Cooperation, EU, OACPS, GIZ, and ABF; and MAVUNO Digital for the Maize Value Chain in the EAC (DRC, Burundi, Tanzania), supported by GIZ and EAC.
