BNDESPAR (BNDES Participações S.A.) is the wholly-owned equity investment subsidiary of the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES). Created in 1982, its primary mission is to strengthen Brazil's capital markets by capitalizing private companies, supporting venture capital, and democratizing corporate ownership.
