Caricaco operates as a venture platform and impact catalyst focused on Central America. Through Caricaco Ventures it provides early-stage startups with capital and hands-on support in strategy, operations, marketing and product, and facilitates connections with regional and international investors and partners. Through Caricaco Foundation and an Academy program it develops education- and employability-oriented initiatives to build skills and opportunities for youth and founders in Costa Rica and the region.
