CEI Africa (Clean Energy and Energy Inclusion for Africa) is a foundation that provides financing solutions and technical assistance to accelerate access to decentralised clean energy in Sub‑Saharan Africa. The organisation operates two funding windows alongside a Technical Assistance Facility to support mini‑grid and off‑grid developers, and delivers advisory services across IT, legal, finance, gender, ESG and investor readiness to strengthen operational capacity and project implementation.
