Crib provides a mobile-first, AI-enabled property management platform for co-living, student housing, hostels, Paying Guest (PG) and serviced apartment operators. The platform offers tenant onboarding, invoicing, agreements, collections, inventory control, renewals, move-outs, resident management and operational workflows, plus business analytics, asset management, visitor/parcel and expense management; it targets large-scale student housing and co-living brands and individual landlords to streamline operations and improve renter experience. Its apps are used by over 1,000 landlords managing roughly 2,500 properties and about 150,000 beds.
