Dark Earth Carbon

Dark Earth Carbon converts agricultural and residual wood waste into biochar using modular rotary kiln pyrolysis reactors. It works with smallholder farmers to apply biochar, improving soil fertility, drought resilience and crop yields while storing carbon in soils. The company also develops biochar production sites across Tanzania and East Africa, supporting carbon removal, farmer incomes and local employment.
