Statutory board under the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Government of Singapore, formed on 2018-04-01 through the merger of International Enterprise Singapore and SPRING Singapore. Supports development of Singapore SMEs, national standards and accreditation (manages the Singapore Accreditation Council and Good Laboratory Practice program), runs Start-Up SG and PACT programmes, operates overseas centres (36 centres in 21 countries, including nine in the Peoples Republic of China), and launched a Plug and Play Network in 2018.
