Ghinwa

Ghinwa was a digital music and karaoke mobile application designed specifically for amateur singers in the Middle East and North Africa. The platform enables users to showcase their vocal talents, apply audio recording filters, and build a fanbase through social media sharing. By allowing users to perform anonymously, the app addressed cultural barriers to self-expression, earning significant traction and winning the MIT Enterprise Forum (MITEF) startup competition in 2016.
