Hiker Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm and hands-on investor that supports B2B and B2B2C startups across Brazil and LATAM. The firm combines financial capital with operational support, curated advisor networks and active mentorship to help technology-enabled companies (especially SaaS and AI-powered solutions) scale toward exits and strategic acquirers. Hiker also runs non-equity acceleration programming (Base Camp) to provide mentorship, diagnostics and business connections for startups that are not seeking or are not yet ready for venture capital. Hiker operates as part of the AF Invest / Araújo Fontes group and focuses on building execution capacity and M&A pathways for portfolio companies.
