Hoopr is an India-based music-tech platform and licensing service that provides royalty-free and licensed music for videos, ads, films, podcasts and apps. The company maintains a large library of music and sound effects, offers search and discovery tools, and enables creators, brands and filmmakers to find, license and monetise music. Hoopr also builds media-tech products and content capabilities (including the Songfest content arm) to support sync, brand collaborations and creator monetisation across digital and commercial use cases.
