International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is the United Nations specialised agency for information and communication technologies. ITU coordinates global telecommunication standards, manages the allocation of radio spectrum resources, develops policy frameworks, and supports international cooperation to expand connectivity, build digital infrastructure, and strengthen capacity among governments, regulators, and the private sector.
