The platform enables real-time data updates, submission and tracking of construction milestones, processing of sales documentation and payments, and aims to shorten delivery times (offering move-in options in as early as six months). Lhoopa also runs partner hubs to connect local contractors and brokers, generating steady local job opportunities within the housing ecosystem.
