MoReCo (Modular Rental Company) provides modular commercial spaces and storefronts to franchise networks through a rental and service model. It designs and supplies customized modular stores that can be installed quickly, allowing franchisees to avoid the upfront capital costs of construction or property adaptation and pay monthly instead. Its modular units use recyclable PET-based panels and can be relocated or repurposed, including for seasonal retail operations.
