OKOA develops an interoperable battery-swapping network for electric motorcycles. Its stations let riders exchange depleted batteries for charged units in about one minute, reducing energy costs compared with petrol. They use an asset-light franchise model that enables fuel stations, shops, car washes, and other businesses to host swapping points across African markets.
