optoML

optoML is a fabless semiconductor company developing a FinFET-based analog AI System-on-Chip (SoC) platform with integrated optical interconnects. The company designs an in-memory compute architecture and scalable NPU with a full software stack and chip-to-chip optical links to enable low-latency, energy-efficient AI inference across edge, enterprise, and data-center deployments. optoML has completed a 12 nm tapeout with TSMC and has signed a memorandum of understanding with Kaynes Semiconductor to support assembly and testing, advancing its path from silicon validation to scalable packaging and manufacturing.
