Ministry of IT & Telecommunication-backed initiative executed by Ignite National Technology Fund. PSF provides equity-free grants as a 'last cheque' to complement VC-led rounds, disbursing 10%–30% of a VC investment pro‑rata to the tranche released. PSF does not take equity, royalties, board seats, or governance roles. VCs register and apply via the designated portal for whitelisting and grant approval.
