RebelBio, originally launched in Cork, Ireland in 2014 (initially under the names SYNBIOAXLR8R and IndieBio EU), served as SOSV's dedicated European accelerator for early-stage life sciences, health tech, and biotech startups. It later relocated to London to access a larger pool of institutional investment before undergoing a major structural change.
