The company operates trade-in programs, provides device-lifecycle management software and offers financing and insurance options to retailers, operators and end customers. Refurbi’s refurbished products are inspected across more than 50 quality checkpoints, ship with up to 14 months warranty and a 30-day return window; extended protection is available via Refurbi Care for up to 24 months. The company focuses on scaling a circular-economy model across Latin American markets starting from its Bogotá base.
