Rwandan Innovation Fund (RIF)

Rwanda Innovation Fund (RIF) is a publicly backed venture capital fund managed by Angaza Capital, established to address financing gaps for technology-enabled businesses in Rwanda and the wider East African region. It provides equity financing to growth-oriented SMEs and supports entrepreneurs through business planning, management training, technical assistance, intellectual property awareness, and operational support. It also works with early-stage businesses to develop an investment pipeline and supports portfolio companies with strategic guidance and cross-border growth opportunities.
