Tech Hubs Directory in DRC
The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) is one of Africa's resource-rich and demographically dynamic markets. Yet infrastructure gaps and an unfavourable operating environment have historically slowed the pace of innovation relative to its underlying potential. That is changing as a growing cohort of entrepreneurs, support organisations, and ecosystem builders are laying the foundations for a more connected and resilient innovation landscape.
This directory provides an overview of the DRC’s investment landscape, based on proprietary data from Briter Intelligence. It also maps ten entrepreneur support organisations that are playing a particularly important role in the early-stage ecosystem, offering training, capacity building, mentorship, and network access that help innovators develop, scale, and refine their solutions.
Developed by Briter in partnership with the International Trade Centre and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). This directory is designed for investors, policymakers, ecosystem builders, and development partners seeking to understand the innovation landscape on one of Africa's most underreported innovation frontiers. This directory is published in French, reflecting the DRC's official language. For those requiring an English version, please reach out directly to the Briter team at hello@briterbridges.com !
